Preston Marks
Preston serves as Vice President of Hannah News Service and State Director of Illinois. A graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University in Delaware, Ohio, Preston holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics/Economics Management.
After managing two very successful restaurants, Preston joined Hannah News Service starting out as a marketing assistant in the corporate offices in Ohio. With his varied operations and customer service experience, Preston is responsible for all aspects of the Illinois office operations. He is also the main client contact for training and questions regarding the Illinois Capitol Connection service.
Preston and his fiancé, Candace have one son, Charlie.
Lillian Peter
Lillian is the Hannah News Service- Illinois’ lead writer. She is a graduate of Otterbein University and began her career covering state government in Ohio. She especially likes to cover topics such as transportation, mental health and education. Lillian also likes to travel and share baking recipes with her friends and family.
